Cute post Bill, and great idea. I struggle with feeling comfortable in front of the video camera. What program did you use for the avatar?

SOrry it took so long for me to get back to you - between the continued activity in my offices, and preparing to attend NAR's Mid-Year meetings I have been a little slow in getting back to comments. I used the software that came with the logitech web cam - it was really easy, and the idea of using a simple stick figure to explain simple real estate ideas appealed to me.
