In the current real estate market, there are some buyers who have a need but haven't taken the steps to move towards a purchase. Concerned by the articles written about areas like California, Nevada, Arizona, and Florida, they wait for someone in the media to tell them that they can buy a home and benefit from the experience.
Others are taking steps to buy, realizing that the combination of low interest rates and adfordable housing is creating an opportunity to buy now that may not be available later - or that they may end up spending more for less huse if they wait for someone to signal that the market is better -
